About Linseed/Flaxseed Oil Pods
Linseed oil (flaxseed oil) contains the essential fatty acid ALA, more commonly known as Omega 3. Omega 3 from linseed could really benefit you. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA which equates to a teaspoon of our fresh oil or 4 pods (capsules). We fill our pods with our highest-quality pure cold-pressed linseed oil. If you (or indeed your children) do not like taking oil then these pods represent a fantastic way to get Omega 3 in to your body. Equally useful if you have a hectic lifestyle or travel regularly.
