Environment Policy

Mission statement

The Linseed Farm recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same. We advocate the Three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

The whole nature of our business is to produce a high quality food product that is produced on demand to reduce the need to produce more than we need. We are constantly trying to reduce waste, reuse and recycle all materials used in our production and supply.

With strict operating guidelines from the Organic Farmers And Growers, Red Tractor and Defra we are constantly reviewing and implementing new efficiency procedures and protocols.
