Fruit MilkshakeBack to Recipes
A great way to start your day, or as a snack at any time to stave of those hunger pangs between meals.
400ml Milk (skimmed or semi-skimmed)
1 tbsp Natural Yoghurt or Quark
2 tbsps The Linseed Farm Linseed Oil
2 handfuls of Fresh Fruit (such as Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
Mint (or Lemon Thyme)
Honey to taste (if desired)
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth with crushed ice. You can use frozen fruits too!
